RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
— SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE F.Y. 2007 WATERLOO DAM

tDWHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Engineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
c cent fact and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F.Y. 2007
0�j o Dam Rehabilitation and Riverwall Construction, Contract
X13, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
sp�ifications, and

Y -�,-WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,

c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Vkt-ERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
aYtd preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 2007 .
