RESOLUTION NO. 2007-30
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
_ SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
THE BYRNES AND GATES SWIMMING POOLS BATH
HOUSE REMODEL.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
O-ffo cial/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
sp�ifications, form of contract, etc. , for the construction of
c t,11EtE Byrnes and Gates Swimming Pools Bath House Remodel, in the
Cjt;y of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, an
WHEREAS, the Building official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , and the
C1-oacil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
- _- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WT�7RLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract,
e-tm , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
