WHEREAS, special assessments in the amount of $1, 200 . 00 have

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is

certified to the Black Hawk County Treasurer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE

hereby instructed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer that
