T ASSESSMENTS FOR 205 INDEPENDENCE AVENUE IN
ti THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
S J WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is the owner of property
]jgc'ated at 205 Independence Avenue, and
WHEREAS, special assessments in the amount of $248 . 00 have

ree'n certified to said property as follows :
205 Independence Avenue
w Robert Robinsons Subdivision of the East half of the
West half of Lots No. 1 and 2 of Hardy and Virdens Plat
of the Southeast quarter of Section 24 Township 89
North of Range 13 West of the 5th Principal Meridian
v East 45 feet West 85 feet South 110 feet Lot 15, all in
— the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous to forgive the above described special assessments, as
rertified to the Black Hawk County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same
hereby instructed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer that
said described special assessments for property located at 205
Independence Avenue, as legally described above, be and the same
are hereby forgiven.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 2006.
