WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
e cont,raot with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
miteriais and performed labor at a total cost of $64, 895 . 72 in
connect-ion with the F.Y. 2006 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 6 and
Ttall:]�bpairs, Contract No. 710, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that "the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
AgoC-�knce be and the same hereby approved.
