AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY DELETING SUBSECTION (153) LOGAN AVE. AT
LOGAN SCHOOL (MIDBLOCK) PUSHBUTTON PED.
SCHOOL TO SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO OFFICIAL
TRAFFIC -CONTROL DEVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (153) Logan Ave. at Logan School (Midblock)
Pushbutton Ped. School is hereby deleted in its entirety to
Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic -Control Devices, of
the 2008 Traffic Code.
