I, Edward F. Kolker, do solomenly swear that I will support
the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State
of Iowa, and that, without fear, favor, affection or hope of reward,
I will, to the best of my knowledge and ability, adminster justice
according to the law, equally to the rich, and the poor, as Judge
of the Municipal Court of the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
