Judge for the City of Waterloo, Iowa pursuant
to Section 602. 6 of the 1971 Code of Iowa, for
the unexpired portion of a term ending January 1,
1972.
Enclosed herewith are two copies of an oath to be
executed by you in the presence of a notary public
and forwarded to the City Clerk, City of Waterloo,
Iowa pursuant to Section 602. 7 of the 1971 Code
of Iowa.
