I, William W. Parker, do solomenly swear that as Judge
of the Municipal Court of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, I will
support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of
the State of Iowa, and that I will, without fear, favor, affection or
hope of reward, and to the best of my ability, administer justice
according to the law, equally to the rich and the poor.
