motion 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
19h8 . meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 2nd day of January, 2007, for
h� _ urppse of considering and acting upon a proposed Ground
i;e�� Agreement with Planergy Waterloo, LLC for lease of a two
acres Ox. on of the Lagoon Digester area in conjunction with the
qas��ghts Agreement, and legally described as follows :

A -p .rcel of land situated in part of the Northeast
and7part of the Southeast 9 of Section 20, Township 89
North, Range 12 West of the 5th Principal Meridian,
-= City of Waterloo, County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa,
more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at the East '-i corner of said Section 20;

East (assumed bearing for the purpose of this
