a qualified elector residing in the Municipal Court District of
Waterloo, Iowa, and that I am an attorney at law duly admitted
to practice under the laws of the State of Iowa.
I further depose and say that I will faithfully support
the Constitution of the United States and that of the State of Iowa,
and that without fear, favor, affection, or hope of reward, I will,
to the best of my knowledge and ability, administer justice accord-
ing to law, equally to the rich and the poor.
