I , Ben G. Howrey, do solemnly swear that as
Judge of the Municipal Court of Waterloo, Iowa , I will
support the Constitution of the United States and that
of the State of Iowa , and that , without fear, favor,
affection or hope of reward, I will to the best of my
knowledge and ability, administer justice according to
the law, equally to the rich and the poor.
