We, the undersigned, duly appointed registers of election
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, do solemnly swear that we are
legal electors of the ward and precinct in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as designated opposite our signatures, and that we will
well and truly discharge all of the duties required of us by
law as registers of election in our respective precincts for the
General Election in said city in the Year 1932:
