WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
x3€ Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "S-1"
Shopping� Center Commercial District for property generally
jocat'ed= at 1411 Flammang Drive for the purpose of a 4, 000 square
�ot. . addition on the northeasterly corner of the existing
building,- legally described as follows :
of 2, Crossroads Plat No. 2, all in the City of
- Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
NHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 11, 2006, at
�3V30_ p; m. , at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
:proitided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
he-proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment,
_and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a site plan amendment to the "S-1"
Shopping Center Commercial District for property generally
located at 1411 Flammang Drive for the purpose of a 4, 000 square
foot addition on the northeasterly corner of the existing
building, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of December, 2006 .
