= -s RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE EAST PARK AVENUE PARKING
— RAMP RENOVATION.
- ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
ieretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
44ministrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
Pp-vcifications, form of contract, etc. , for the East Park Avenue
arking Ramp Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

— WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
`c did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
aoi�tract, etc. , for the East Park Avenue Parking Ramp Renovation,
wl-ich were preliminarily approved on November 13, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
1ecember 11, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the East Park Avenue Parking Ramp Renovation,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of December, 2006.
