J RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
2006 STORAGE BUILDING AT 1101 CAMPBELL
AVENUE.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2006-1066, plans, specifications,
m of contract, etc. , for the 2006 Storage Building at 1101
Campbell Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
c by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
�Jpecifications .
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
.ommenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of December, 2006.
