s WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Zoe ofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
d3tc. , for the 2006 Storage Building at 1101 Campbell Avenue, in
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
pre-liminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
t-hp- 2006 Storage Building at 1101 Campbell Avenue, which were
Preliminarily approved on November 20, 2006, and
_ WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
Re�ember 11, 2006 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the 2006 Storage Building at 1101 Campbell
Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of December, 2006.
