RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
C SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
s CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2006 RIVERFRONT STADIUM
s ^ s GRANDSTAND ROOF REPLACEMENT .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to;prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
� et,a:.zT for the 2006 Riverfront Stadium Grandstand Roof
T Mpa;4cement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
\) 7 .—WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
4 gre_.jminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
ae 72006 Riverfront Stadium Grandstand Roof Replacement, which
'We preliminarily approved on November 20, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 11, 2006 .
v NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the 2006 Riverfront Stadium Grandstand Roof
Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of December, 2006.
