RESOLUTION NO. 2006-1045 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF DEER CREEK DEVELOPMENT FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2, P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT FOR GREENBELT CENTRE PARK GENERALLY LOCATED JUST WEST OF GREYHOUND DRIVE, NORTH OF THE FORMER GREYHOUND PARK TO ALLOW FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A GOLD' S GYM AND MAUER EYE CENTER AND SPA IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
