RESOLUTION NO. 2020-714
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY SERVICE ROOFING, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $239,500, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIRE STATION NO. 1 ROOF
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Service Roofing, of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in conjunction with
the Fire Station No. 1 Roof Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, Service Roofing has completed the aforementioned project, in accordance
with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $239,500.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Service Roofing, at a total cost of $239,500, in conjunction with
the Fire Station No. 1 Roof Replacement Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September 2020.
