RESOLUTION NO. 2020-715
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY HENKEL CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, OF MASON CITY, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$253,406.20, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 5 SULLIVAN
BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER KITCHEN
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Henkel Construction Company, of Mason City, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the 5 Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Kitchen Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, Henkel Construction Company has completed the aforementioned project,
in accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $253,406.20.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Henkel Construction Company, at a total cost of $253,406.20, in
conjunction with the 5 Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Kitchen Improvement Project, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September 2020.
