RESOLUTION NO. 2020-720
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND
MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN STEEGE
INVESTMENTS, LLC AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
12,000 SQUARE -FOOT BUILDING, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated September 21, 2020, between
Steege Investments, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a 12,000 square -
foot building, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September 2020.
