RESOLUTION NO. 2020-722
RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE
GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
ASBESTOS ABATEMENT REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM,
FOR AN ABANDONED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 120
CENTER STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,290, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Community Assistance Grant Contract with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources,
in conjunction with the Asbestos Abatement Reimbursement Program, for an abandoned
property located at 120 Center Street, in the amount of $6,290, is hereby accepted, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September 2020.
