RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH GBS DEVELOPMENT, LLC, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF UP TO TWELVE (12) TWO -UNIT
RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS, FOR A TOTAL OF UP TO
TWENTY-FOUR (24) UNITS, LOCATED NORTH OF 669 S.
HACKETT ROAD, INCLUDING A DEVELOPMENT GRANT
OF $5,000 PER UNIT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated September 21, 2020, between GBS Development, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of up to twelve (12) two -unit residential
buildings, for a total of up to twenty-four (24) units, located north of 669 S. Hackett Road,
including a Development Grant of $5,000 per unit, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21" day of September 2020.
