The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session at Harold E. Getty Council Chambers,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 3:30 p.m., on Friday, October 2, 2020. Mayor Quentin Hart in the Chair. Roll Call: Boesen,
Amos, Morrissey, Klein, Feuss, Grieder, Juon joined the meeting by telephone. Absent: Amos

that the Agenda, as proposed, for the Special Session on Friday, October 2, 2020, at 3:30 p.m.,be
accepted and approved. Voice vote-Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.

Resolution approving Variance to Noise Ordinance request from Brian Helmrichs, in conjunction
with the 4th annual CedarLoo Slam event to be held on October 4, 2020 and October 10, 2020, from
1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Riverside Skate Park, including the use of a PA system. Roll call vote-
Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
Resolution adopted and upon approval by Mayor assigned No. 2020-746.
