RESOLUTION NO. 2020-736
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND
MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT, WITH PERFECT
MATCH PROPERTIES, LLC, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A
7,280 SQUARE -FOOT BUILDING, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated September 28, 2020, between
Perfect Match Properties, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of a 7,280
square -foot building, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September 2020.
