RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2021 GRANT AGREEMENT
WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AVIATION BUREAU COMMERCIAL SERVICE VERTICAL
INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 22634,
PROJECT NO. 9-I-210-ALO-200, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$67,090, FOR ADDITIONAL WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT HANGAR IMPROVEMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement, dated September 28, 2020, between the Iowa Department of
Transportation — Aviation Bureau Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure Program and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, Contract No. 22634, Project No. 9-I-210-ALO-200, in the amount of
$67,090, in conjunction with additional Waterloo Regional Airport Hangar Improvements, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September 2020.
