RESOLUTION NO. 2020-742
RESOLUTION APPROVING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SHAULIS ROAD TRAIL
EXTENSION PHASE II PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Cooperative Agreement with Black Hawk County, in conjunction with construction of
the Shaulis Road Trail Extension Phase II Project, dated September 28, 2020, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September 2020.
