RESOLUTION NO. 2020-743
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING FOR RECREATIONAL TRAIL
MAINTENANCE WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY
CONSERVATION, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SHAULIS
ROAD TRAIL EXTENSION PHASE II PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 28, 2020, between Black Hawk County
Conservation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the Shaulis Road Trail
Extension Phase II Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September 2020.
