RESOLUTION NO. 2020-744
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER AND PAVING
SERVING THE AUDUBON HEIGHTS 7TH ADDITION, AS
SUBMITTED BY WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND SEWAGE
TREATMENT AGREEMENT, DNR FORM 29 (NOV 00) WITH
THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS,
SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the construction plans for sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving serving the Audubon
Heights 7th Addition, as submitted by Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc., of
Waterloo, Iowa, and Sewage Treatment Agreement, DNR Form 29 (Nov 00) with the
Department of Natural Resources, are hereby approved, and authorize and direct the Mayor to
execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that final acceptance of construction plans are subject to the review and
acceptance by the Department of Natural Resources.
