RESOLUTION NO. 2020-727
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY SPOHN RANCH, INC., OF LOS
ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $358,977,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERSIDE SKATE PARK
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Spohn Ranch, Inc., of Los Angeles, California, performed work in
conjunction with the Riverside Skate Park Project, and
WHEREAS, Spohn Ranch, Inc., has completed the aforementioned project, in accordance
with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $358,977.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Spohn Ranch, Inc., at a total cost of $358,977, in conjunction with
the Riverside Skate Park Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September 2020.
