I, John Beckman, do solemnly swear I will support the Constitution of the United States
and the Constitution of the State of Iowa, and I will faithfully and impartially to the best of my
ability, discharge all the duties of the office of Interim Chief of Waterloo Police Department,
effective January 9, 2010, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, as now or
hereafter required by law.
