AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY
OF WATERLOO TO VACATE A PORTION OF OREGON
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, SUBJECT TO THE RETENTION
OF A SEWER EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF THE
VACATE AREA, LOCATED WEST OF 1628 WASHINGTON
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a 33-foot wide public right-of-way, located west of 1628 Washington
Street, and legally described as follows:
PARCEL "G" OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4), SECTION 25,
TOWNSHIP 89 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST OF THE 5114 PRINCIPLE
MERIDIAN, CITY OF WATERLOO,BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, BEING
THAT PORTION OF THE PLATTED AND UNNAMED 33-FOOT WIDE
