RESOLUTION NO. 2020-767
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1804 E. 4TH
STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF $848.09, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY
TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 1804 E. 4th Street, in the amount of $848.09, is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment is hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amount, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October 2020.
