Replacing existing deteriorating concrete stairs and handrails at the main entrance to the Waterloo Center for the Arts.
This amendment does not include any construction administration. If required this service will be added by amendment.
The Architect's compensation and schedule shall be adjusted as follows:

Add - $10,000.00
