RESOLUTION NO. 2020-782
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSENT TO TRANSFER
AND ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT WITH BOB C. MOORE
AND 401 DEVONSHIRE, LLC, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 401 DEVONSHIRE DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo and 401 Devonshire, LLC entered into a Development
Agreement August 19, 2019 for the development and use of property located at 401 Devonshire
Drive and generally described as parcel 8913-33-427-012.
WHEREAS, 401 Devonshire, LLC desires to convey said Property and assign its rights, per
Section 11A of said Development Agreement, to Bob C. Moore.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Consent to Transfer and Assignment Agreement dated October
19, 2020, between Bob C. Moore and the City of Waterloo, for the transfer and development of
property located at 401 Devonshire Drive, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October 2020.
