RESOLUTION NO. 2020-785
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE GRANT CONTRACT WITH
LINCOLN SAVINGS BANK AND IOWA ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, CONTRACT NO. 20-HQJP-
016, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Economic Development Assistance Contract dated October 19, 2020, between Iowa
Economic Development Authority, Lincoln Savings Bank of Waterloo and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as the local sponsoring community, for state incentives through tax credits up to $957,500,
by creating high quality jobs through their expansion, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October 2020.
