RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROCESS OF
"MUDJACKING" FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL
REPAIR OF CONCRETE SIDEWALK SECTIONS THAT HAVE
SUNK OR BECOME UNEVEN AND ARE NOT
FRACTURED/CRACKED/BROKEN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That this resolution directs the appropriate City of Waterloo, Iowa depailine
a specification that mud jacking may be used by - idential d commercial property owners
where its use is an option to total reconstruction • ate -wa sections deemed out of
compliance.
