BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO,IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.Pursuant to published notice
and following public hearing on the 21st
day of September 2020, so required by
Sections 362.3 and 380.8,Code of Iowa,
there is hereby adopted by the City of
