particularly described as follows: The Southeasterly 74 feet of the 33 feet width public alley in
Block 14 of Hayes Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, said
parcel between Lots 1 & 2 and Lots 9 & 10, of said Block 14.
This transaction exempt from Documentary Stamp and Declaration of Value per Iowa Code§428A.2(6)(2a0).
Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower,homestead and distributive share in ad to the real estate.
