RESOLUTION NO. 2020-811
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT AGREEMENT
WITH MODERN DESIGN, OF JANESVILLE, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY HALL 2ND FLOOR
COUNTER AND SECURITY RENOVATIONS AND
CONSTRUCTION DESIGN PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$54,200, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract Agreement between Modern Design, of Janesville, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the City Hall 2nd Floor Counter and Security Renovations
and Construction Design Project, in the amount of $54,200, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November 2020.
