RESOLUTION NO. 2020-812 RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT AND TEMPORARY EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH LONNIE WOLFF, JR., IN THE AMOUNT OF $300, TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND FUTURE MAINTENANCE OF A SANITARY SEWER, LOCATED ON A VACANT PARCEL SOUTHEASTERLY OF 2848 LAFAYETTE STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS. CONTAINING 1644 SQUARE FEET OR 0.04 ACRE. in the amount of $300, to allow for the construction and future maintenance of a sanitary sewer located on a vacant parcel southeasterly of 2848 Lafayette Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary and Permanent Construction Easement Agreement between Lonnie Wolff, Jr. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $300, to allow for the construction and future maintenance of a sanitary sewer located on a vacant parcel southeasterly of 2848 Lafayette Street, is accepted and approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
