RESOLUTION NO. 2020-802
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY SERVICE ROOFING
COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$72,962, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CARNEGIE ROOF
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Service Roofing Company of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the Carnegie Roof Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS Service Roofing Company has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $72,962.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Service Roofing Company at a total cost of $72,962, in
conjunction with the Carnegie Roof Replacement Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November 2020.
