RESOLUTION NO. 2020-803
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY BLACK HAWK AUTOMATIC
SPRINKLERS, OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST
OF $60,960, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVER LOOP
PUBLIC MARKET PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Black Hawk Automatic Sprinklers, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the River Loop Public Market Project, and
WHEREAS Black Hawk Automatic Sprinklers has completed the aforementioned
project, in accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $60,960.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Black Hawk Automatic Sprinklers at a total cost of $60,960, in
conjunction with the River Loop Public Market Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November 2020.
