RESOLUTION NO. 2020-826 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION SERVICES, CONTRACT NO. RD-2020-11-02P, LOCATED AT 508 BRATNOBER STREET AND 811 WILLISTON AVENUE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development Director of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Demolition Services, Contract No. RD-2020-11-02P, located at 508 Bratnober Street and 811 Williston Avenue, and WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Demolition Services, Contract No. RD-2020-11-02P, located at 508 Bratnober Street and 811 Williston Avenue, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 9, 2020. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Demolition Services, Contract No. RD-2020-11-02P, located at 508 Bratnober Street and 811 Williston Avenue, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
