RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES POLICY TO APPROVE
THE PURCHASE OF A USED 2019 FORD TRANSIT 150 VAN, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $28,465, FOR THE CENTER FOR THE ARTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a used 2019 Ford Transit 150 Van, in the amount of $28,465, for the
Center for the Arts, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of November 2020.
