Members present: Vice Chairperson Pat Morrissey, Margaret Klein, and Chairperson Sharon Juon
joined the meeting by telephone.
Moved by Morrissey seconded by Klein that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice vote -
Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey seconded by Klein that the Minutes of November 2, 2020, as proposed, be
approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey seconded by Klein that the request for the following pre -authorizations to
expend over $2,500.00, be approved.

Moved by Morrissey seconded by Klein that the project budget for the FY-2021 IDOT
Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure Grant, funded at 100% with a grant from the Iowa
DOT in the amount of $67,090, as submitted by the Airport, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Juon seconded by Morrissey that Bills Payment, as contained in Accounts Payable
Invoice Report, dated November 9, 2020, in the amount of $6,952,977.96 be received, placed on
file and approved and forwarded to the full council for approval. Voice vote - Ayes: Three.
Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Morrissey seconded by Klein that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:15 p.m. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
