Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate . In rare cases, due to the age of the floor and installation, tile can begin to separate allowing water to get between and under the tiles. This can lead to curling of the tile . Midwest will do its best to use less water if this Is noticed but in no way will MJS be held for responsible for the tile floor if this occurs. By signing this acceptance, client understands and agrees to this term . This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within thirty days .
