RESOLUTION NO. 2020-853
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CENTRAL PROPERTY
HOLDINGS, LLC, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED AUGUST 17,
2017, TO AMEND THE TIMELINE TO NOVEMBER 30, 2020,
TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION ON THE ALL -IN GROCERS
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 4 to the original Development Agreement dated August 17, 2017, between
Central Property Holdings, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, regarding the development of
land, is hereby amended to update the timeline to begin construction on the All -In Grocers
Project to November 30, 2020, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of November 2020.
