RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES POLICY TO APPROVE
THE PURCHASE OF A DEMONSTRATION UNIT GARBAGE
TRUCK, IN THE AMOUNT OF $260,400, FROM ELLIOTT
EQUIPMENT OF DAVENPORT, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a demonstration unit garbage truck, in the amount of $260,400, from
Elliott Equipment of Davenport, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November 2020.
